Imagine MLS brings subscribers from the Western Kentucky Regional MLS on board

Imagine MLS, Central & Southern Kentucky’s multiple listing service (MLS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bluegrass Realtors®, is pleased to announce that subscribers from the Western Kentucky Regional MLS (WKRMLS) are joining Imagine MLS, providing its subscribers with expanded access to regional listing data, advanced technology tools and a broader network of real estate professionals.

Through this partnership, approximately 680 Realtors® in three separate boards – Realtor® Association of Western Kentucky, Inc., Murray Calloway County Board of Realtors®, Inc., and the Pennyrile Board of Realtors®, Inc. will transition from operating their own regional Multiple Listing Service and instead participate in Imagine MLS. While the MLS services will move to Imagine MLS, the three boards will continue to operate as the local Realtor® association in their respective areas, maintaining their role in advocacy, professional development, and community engagement.

Formed in 1953, the Realtor® Association of Western Kentucky, formerly the Paducah Board of Realtors®, was established to maintain high standards of conduct among association members in the transaction of business concerning real estate. They are a professional organization committed to serving Realtors® in Western Kentucky, including the counties of Ballard, Carlisle, Fulton, Hickman, Graves, Marshall, Livingston, and McCracken.

The Murray-Calloway County Real Estate Board was established in 1957, and was later renamed to the Murray Calloway County Board of Realtors® and they have proudly been helping people find their way home for more than 60 years. The Association is a member of the Western Kentucky Regional MLS which includes the counties of Caldwell, Calloway, Crittendon, Graves, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, and Trigg.

The Pennyrile Board of Realtors® was formed in 1976. Organized under the National Association of Realtors®, the affiliation allowed local licensed real estate agents to begin to work together toward the common goal of contributing to the process of real estate ownership transfer through uniformity, responsibility and high standards. The organization represents the Realtor® members in Trigg, Lyon, Caldwell and Crittenden counties of Western Kentucky.

Bluegrass Realtors®, along with Imagine MLS, is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Columbus REALTORS® out of Ohio that will provide MLS subscribers from both associations with increased search capabilities and available residential property data to aid clients and customers. “Real estate is no longer just a local experience. For many people, they are looking to relocate, or possibly purchase a second home, vacation home or investment property in other parts of the region,” continued Katrina Bowers, Interim CEO at Bluegrass REALTORS®. “Columbus and Bluegrass working together on a real estate data partnership opens up that possibility and makes it easier for our Realtor® members to search available properties in real-time on one platform for their clients.” For Bluegrass Realtors®, this is the fourth such data share that has been brought online.
